- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆my son had an appointment on 22/6 I got text reminders about the appointment 2 day before then when I got to the clinic a note was on the door saying " Clinic is cancelled 12 oclock patient we have tried calling you have you changed your number " .. NO I have not changed my number from like the Monday when you text to remind me. so nobody had bothered to call me to let me know that the clinic was cancelled .. so taking my son out of school and me have to take a day of work and £6 later for buses to get there this has made me so mad .. after this I went to my dentist to get a copy of the referral letter to double check that my number was the correct number on there and yes it was so they have no reason not to call on the evening before the 22/6 when they knew that the clinic could not go head due to staffing level, also on the morning of the appointment they could of called me but no one did call ... NOT very happy at allBy Admin, February 21, 2020
